The Campionato delle Regioni (Championship of the Regions) was a special classification in the Giro d’Italia, introduced in 1975 as the successor to the Traguardi Tricolore classification.
The competition awarded points to riders at designated intermediate sprints throughout the race. The leading rider wore a distinctive light blue jersey (maglia azzurra) featuring a vertical stripe in the colours of the Italian flag: green, white and red.
The classification ran until 1980 and was discontinued in 1981, when the blue jersey was reassigned to the Trofeo Primavera classification.
